How does the AI job search work?

Every job shows a match score from 0 to 100, the posting's keywords your resume already shows in use, the ones it only lists, and the ones it is missing, plus notes on the title, years of experience and education the posting asks for. From any job you can run a full ATS check, tailor your resume, get an AI cover letter written only from facts in your resume, or rehearse a spoken mock interview for that role. Applications always go to the employer's own site. Searching, matching and tracking are free, with no subscription.
