7. Shipping & Delivery Policy
ATS First provides digital services. Upon successful payment for the Pro Plan or other premium features, access to the service is granted **instantly**. You will receive an email confirmation, and your account will be upgraded immediately. There are no physical shipping requirements for our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **New Delhi**.
