Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account for ATS First: AI Resume Maker, the iPhone and Android app made by ATS First, and for atsfirst.com. The app and the website share one account, so deleting it in either place deletes it everywhere.

Delete in the app

• Open the ATS First app and sign in.
• Tap Profile, then Delete account.
• Confirm with your password, or with Google or Apple if you signed in that way.

Delete on the web

• Sign in at atsfirst.com and open your Account page.
• Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Email support@atsfirst.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, right away:

• your sign-in (email, Google or Apple) and profile
• your resumes, cover letters, downloads and ATS check history
• your interview coach sessions and job tracker
• any remaining Pro pass time

Interview practice saved inside the app lives only on your phone and is removed when you delete the app. This can't be undone, and a deleted account can't be restored.

What we keep

• Payment records: a record of each purchase (amount, pass bought and account id) is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Card details are never stored by us. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Razorpay and Dodo Payments keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
• Crash reports sent by the app are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days, then deleted.
• App usage counts collected by Google Analytics for Firebase, which carry no name or email, are kept for Google Analytics' retention period (at most 14 months).
• Totals and percentages that can't identify you, such as how many checks ran on a given day.
