About this tool

This tool takes one job description and a batch of resumes (PDF, DOCX or TXT), parses each resume to text, scores it against the JD using the same match-scoring engine behind our ATS Resume Checker, and returns a ranked list showing each candidate's match score, how many keywords matched, and their top missing keywords — exportable straight to CSV.
Screening runs one resume at a time by design, so scores stay reliable even under a larger batch. The score is keyword- and structure-based, the same signal an ATS would surface — treat it as a fast first-pass ranking to decide who to actually read, not a final hiring decision.
