What the interviewer probes in a accountant interview
Accounting interviews are precision checks. The AI interviewer asks about your close process, a reconciliation that would not tie, the filings you own and the controls you follow — and scores whether the answer names steps, systems and dates. "I handle the books" scores low; "I close by the fifth working day, with these five reconciliations" scores high, exactly as a finance controller would grade it.
