What the interviewer probes in a fresher / entry-level interview

A fresher interview is about potential, so the AI interviewer at the beginner level asks about projects, internships, coursework and how you think — and scores how clearly you explain something you actually did. The most common failure is a "tell me about yourself" that lists a degree and stops; the coach flags a missing hook and shows a model answer to compare against.

Rehearse the five questions every campus and entry-level panel asks, out loud, until each is under 90 seconds and ends with something the interviewer can dig into. Then paste a real posting and let the interviewer ask about the skills it names.

Rehearse these out loud

  1. 1Tell me about yourself in 60–90 seconds: who you are, one thing you built, why this role.
  2. 2Your final-year project or internship as a problem, what you did, what the result was.
  3. 3A genuine weakness and what you are doing about it — not "I work too hard".
  4. 4Why this company, answered with one specific thing about them.

How a mock interview session runs

Your resume sets the questions, your answers set the score, and the report tells you what to fix while it’s still practice.

01

Pick a resume

The interviewer reads it, so the questions name your projects, your companies, your stack — the things a real interviewer would probe after reading your CV.

02

Set the role and difficulty

Add a target role or paste the job description, then choose how tough the interviewer plays: beginner, intermediate, advanced, or executive.

03

Check your mic and join

A quick device check, then you join like a real call. The mic is required; the camera is optional and your video never leaves your device.

04

Answer out loud

10 spoken questions in roughly 12 minutes. Stop talking and it moves on by itself — and your scorecard is ready the moment you hang up.

What your interview scorecard tells you

A single number can’t tell you what to change. Every answer in the session gets its own breakdown.

Four scores per answer

Content, structure, relevance and delivery, each 0–100 — so you know whether the problem is what you said or how you said it.

Pace and filler words

Words per minute and a count of the ums, likes and you-knows — the delivery habits nobody ever tells you about.

A verbatim transcript

Exactly what the interviewer heard, word for word. Reading your own answer back is half the coaching.

What worked, what to fix

Specific strengths and concrete improvements for every answer — not a grade, a to-do list.

A model answer to compare

Every question ships with an expandable model answer, so you can see the gap rather than guess at it.

Drill your weakest answer

One click sends your lowest-scoring answer into practice mode, where you can retry it until it lands.

Try the real thing free — then rehearse daily with Pro

Every free account gets one full 10-question mock interview and 3 practice sessions — enough to hear yourself answer and see the scorecard. A Pro pass makes it a daily rehearsal — sold as a one-time pass from $7 (₹199 in India), never a subscription, with no auto-renewal to remember to cancel.

Fresher / Entry-level interview practice — questions

Your projects, internships, coursework and how you approach problems. Save a resume with those on it and the interviewer asks about them by name. Choose the beginner difficulty level.
